Take a pan and heat the olive oil in it.

Then add garlic, ginger, onion, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, cumin-coriander powder, soaked cashews, garam masala, Kashmiri chilli powder, and stir-fried.

Add water, and cook them covered for a few minutes until they become soft.

let it cool down aside and grind it fine using a grinder.

  • 1/2 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin & Coriander powder

  • 30 g Cheese
  • 1/4 tbsp Crushed pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
