Ingredients
  • 200 g Penne pasta
  • 80 g Tomatoes (2 medium.)
  • 50 g Onion (1 medium.)
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 7 g Ginger (1 Inch.)
  • 10 g Cashew (7-9 Nos.)
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin & Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 10 tbsp Butter
  • 30 g Cheese
  • 1/4 tbsp Crushed pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 2 pinch Oregano mix
  • 1 tbsp Coriander (To garnish)
Instructions
  1. Prepare pasta sauce:

Take a pan and heat the olive oil in it.

Then add garlic, ginger, onion, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, cumin-coriander powder, soaked cashews, garam masala, Kashmiri chilli powder, and stir-fried.

Add water, and cook them covered for a few minutes until they become soft.

let it cool down aside and grind it fine using a grinder.

  2. Prepare Creamy Sauce:

Take pan heat up with butter to melt.

Add the mixed paste, then simmer for a few more minutes.

  3. Prepared Pasta Sticks:

Take wooden small skewers, and soak them in water for a few minutes.

Arrange 3-4 penne pasta in line and pass a wooden skewer through them in one line.

Now it looks like a bite-size skewer.

  4. Layering:

Put the pasta sticks on a chopping board.

Pour about 1 tablespoonful of creamy sauce over each stick.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the sauce.

Sprinkle a pinch of oregano and basil dry mix

Finally, garnish with fresh green coriander.

  5. Final Cooking:

Heat pan with melted butter pan.

With a spatula, carefully place your prepared pasta sticks onto the pan.

cover pan with lid and wait for some time till your cheese melts (this is because if you exceed cooking time it will become hard).
