Frequently Asked Questions

Expand All:
How can I adjust the consistency of the soup?

Can I use different types of pasta instead of macaroni?

Yes, feel free to experiment with different pasta shapes according to your preference. Just ensure to adjust the cooking time accordingly.

What if I don't have curry leaves or asafoetida?

While curry leaves and asafoetida add depth of flavor, you can omit them if unavailable. The soup will still be delicious with the other aromatic ingredients.

How long does the soup last, and can I freeze it?

The soup can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can also freeze it for longer storage, but the texture of the pasta may slightly change upon thawing.
